Fill your jar with milk, allowing about an inch of headroom, and set on you kitchen counter for 1 to 5 days. You are waiting for the milk to solidify and the whey to seperate in the jar. Once your raw milk has seperated, you will need to strain the whey from the cream cheese using a strainer and clean cloth or several layers of cheese cloth. Set your strainer over a clean bowl, line your towel with your strainer, and pour your cheese and whey into the towel. It will take several hours for the whey to fully seperate from the chream cheese.
