How Do You Make Rap Beats For Free?
The number of music software programs available for beat-makers is rapidly increasing. High-quality music production was once thought to be attainable, exclusively, to big-time producers in high-end recording studios. With the release of music program demo versions like Fruity Loops and Acid Xpress just about anyone can make rap beats for free. Download Fruity Loops from the FL Studio website (see “References”). Run the tutorial to get a feel for the program. Understand that not all the features are available for the demo version of Fruity Loops. Click “view” in the upper-left hand corner of the program. Scroll down to “arrange windows.” Press “default” so that the entire Fruity Loops layout is visible, including the sample browser, the play-list and the sample loader. Click “packs” in the sample browser. Scroll down the the “Hip-Hop” section. Choose samples that you can create a drum pattern with including a drum, clap, hat and snare.
