Remove the caps of the peppers with a knife. Using a spoon, clean out the inside of the peppers. Rinse the inside of the peppers if desired. Place the peppers on a microwave safe plate, cut side down. Cover with entire dish with plastic wrap and place in the microwave. Microwave the peppers on HIGH for 3 minutes to 3 minutes and 30 seconds. The peppers should be crisp and tender. Keep the peppers covered and let stand.
