Don’t have the time to cut out each circle for a small penny rug because you are short on time? Have you ever thought about using your scrap booking Sizzix die-cutting machine to cut out some of the circles to save some time? Why not… you won’t hurt the machine and it could make the job of making a designs for a penny rug that much quicker! Follow these easy steps and you will have the circles that you need for a penny rug project in no time! It is as easy as 1-2-3! What I also like to do is before I cut the pieces out, I prepare the felt to be cut to the same size as the circle die-cut that way it won’t jam into the machine when I am ready to make my penny. Take the other colored felt and insert it into the machine. Pull down the lever and cut out! Next, cut another one out that is a smaller size using the same circle section of the die-cut and cut.
