Have a weekly pizza habit? You can make pizza from your own dough with any toppings you want for less. With this recipe, you can even do it quicker than you think. Place the three cups flour, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/2 tsp sugar in the bowl, and stir to combine. Add in the TBSP olive oil. Sprinkle the tsp yeast on top. Measure out 1 1/4 cup warm water (around 110-115°F). Add to flour mixture, and stir to combine. Now cover the bowl with a clean towel, and set in a warm, draft-free place for one hour. If you’re making the dough in the morning, cover it with plastic wrap (tight to the surface of the dough) and put it in the fridge. Preheat your oven to 400°F. Sprinkle some flour where you plan to roll out your dough. Turn the dough out, adding more flour if it’s sticky. You want a dough that smooth and workable.
