How Do You Make Quick Homemade Pimento Cheese?
I used to make pimento cheese for my husband often; it was so messy and you were left with a nasty food processor to wash. And, it was hit or miss … sometimes it would be so runny, it looked like pimento pudding. This way is so much quicker and the end result is the same every time, and much better, I will say! I will NEVER be able to pawn off store bought pimento cheese on my family again. And, when it is this quick to do, who needs to? Dump the Cheese in a bowl.
