How Do You Make Quick Fudge Icing?
• Mix together sugar and baking cocoa. • Add butter, milk and corn syrup to cocoa mixture. Mix to combine. • Boil 3 minutes stirring occasionally. • Place pan in cold water to cool icing. • Test the pan by touching the bottom. If the bottom of the pan is cool, then you can add the remaining ingredients except the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar. Stir until icing is thick, adding the remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar in increments until the icing is as thick as desired.
