How Do You Make Quick Easy Egg Salad?
Egg salad is a treat and so easy to make! I make it very simply, and it always comes out great. On toasted bread, it can’t be beat! First, fill a medium sized pot up about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way full, and add your eggs to the water. You want to make sure that the water completely covers the eggs. Put the pot on your oven eye and turn it on to Med-High. Let the eggs come to a rolling boil. Let the boil for about 3-5 minutes, then turn the oven eye off and cover the eggs. Let them sit for exactly 17 minutes. Once your 17 minutes are up, take the pot to the sink and drain the water. Peel all 5 eggs and place them in another bowl or tupperware container. Using a knife or fork, chop the eggs up finely in the bowl. Add 2 or 3 heaping spoonfuls of mayonnaise and mix in well with the eggs. Salt and pepper to taste, and you are done!
