How Do You Make Quick & Easy Chicken Marinade?
Everyone is looking for ways to save money at the grocery store and make fast, easy & cost-effective meals. This marinade is made from items you most likely have in your kitchen and is so much cheaper than buying those expensive bottles at the market. Summer is a time for family and fun, not spending hours in the kitchen. Throw this recipe together and get out in the sun! In a 2 cup glass measuring bowl mix 1/4 cup of soy sauce and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Whisk together until dissolved. Add 3 garlic cloves finely diced. Next, add 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper and 1 cup of warm water. This will help dissolve the brown sugar & cut down the saltiness of the soy sauce. Place your chicken (or meat of choice) into your air-tight container and pour mixture over it. Place in the fridge for 2-12 hours, turning every hour or two to marinade both sides. Now grill your meat and enjoy. So simple and yummy!
