How Do You Make Quick And Easy Vegetarian Vegetable Soup?
• Prep your ingredients. Gather all your food ingredients and hardware (pots, spoons, knives), wash and cut up your veggies, etc. • Start with a broth. Dump the broth into a pot that will allow plenty of extra space. Turn on medium heat and allow the broth to heat up. • You can make your own broth ahead of time by boiling vegetables in water, then removing the veggies and boiling down the remaining liquid. Keep in a jar in the fridge. • If the above is too much work, you can find vegetarian vegetable broths at many supermarkets. Make sure to read the ingredients list! • Boil the noodles. This step is optional. Boil any type of pasta in a seperate pot of water. See Cook Pasta. • Add the veggies to the broth. The broth should be simmering, enough to cook veggies that are hard, without reducing them to mush. Keep an eye on them. • Drain the pasta. • Add the pasta to the broth-veggie pot. • Add spices to taste. Enjoy!
