How Do You Make Quick And Easy Sugar Cookies?
Quick and easy sugar cookies just like grandma use to make, well, almost. We have tweaked the recipe a bit to include honey and chcolate bits, so if you want it exactly like grandma.s sugar cookies, just leave out those two items. Preheat your oven to 350. In a large bowl, mix well softened butter and sugar. Add honey, egg, and vanilla and mix well. Add potato flakes and chocolate baking chips and mix well. Add about 1 3/4 cups all purpose baking mix. I say about, it might take a little more, you want the dough to be stiff. If its not stiff, your sugar cookies are going to spread out this and flat. Place onto a large greased cookie sheet in i inch balls, about 2 inches apart. Carefully place into your preheated oven and bake between 12 to 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Carefully remove from oven and allow to set about 8 to 10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Enjoy.
