How Do You Make Puppy Birthday Cards?

0

Dog lovers, whether children or adults, will enjoy receiving a birthday card with pictures of puppies. If you’re a photographer, you can easily take photos of the birthday person’s puppy (if they have one) and make a card that can be framed. Puppy birthday cards can be elegant or whimsical and colorful. The use of layering papers on a card gives it a nice three-dimensional effect. Cut down a sheet of card stock with scissors or a paper cutter to 8 inches by 5.5 inches for a small card or 7 inches by 10 inches for a larger card. Fold in half and press the crease with a spoon. For a layered card, cut a decorative sheet of paper with fancy scissors half an inch smaller than the front of the card. Make it a solid color or complementary print to the puppy image that will be attached to it. Attach it to the main card with white glue and let dry. It can be centered or to the side as desired; leave room for writing a birthday greeting. With the paper cutter, cut a piece of mat board a 1/2-inch
