How Do You Make Puppy Birthday Cards?
Dog lovers, whether children or adults, will enjoy receiving a birthday card with pictures of puppies. If you’re a photographer, you can easily take photos of the birthday person’s puppy (if they have one) and make a card that can be framed. Puppy birthday cards can be elegant or whimsical and colorful. The use of layering papers on a card gives it a nice three-dimensional effect. Cut down a sheet of card stock with scissors or a paper cutter to 8 inches by 5.5 inches for a small card or 7 inches by 10 inches for a larger card. Fold in half and press the crease with a spoon. For a layered card, cut a decorative sheet of paper with fancy scissors half an inch smaller than the front of the card. Make it a solid color or complementary print to the puppy image that will be attached to it. Attach it to the main card with white glue and let dry.
