How Do You Make Printable Flash Cards?
Don’t waste your money on expensive flash cards for your children or students. You can easily make printable flash cards using your computer and printer. The cost is minimal; the only purchases are index cards and ink for the printer. Use flash cards to enhance the learning process, regardless of what you are teaching. Open a new page in any word processing software such as Microsoft Word or Microsoft Works. Click on “File” from the menu bar on the top of the page. Select “Page Options” from the file menu. Choose “Landscape” for the page orientation. Change the paper width to 5 inches and the height to 3.5 inches and then click “OK.” Type the information needed on side one of the flash card.
