How Do You Make Pork Chop And Scalloped Potato Casserole?

One of the recipes from my childhood that I remember with fondless is my Moms Pork Chop and Potatoes Casserole that she made with cream of mushroom soup. Here is my version of the recipe. I hope you will love it as much as I do. Ingredients: 6 pork chops 8 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced 1 Onion, thinly sliced and then quartered 10 medium mushrooms, thinly sliced 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup 1 cup of milk 2 tablespoons of butter 1 tablespoon of flour 1 teaspoon of garlic powder 1 teaspoon of salt 1/8 teaspoon of ground pepper Brown the pork chops in a pan with some oil, until the pork chop is browned on both sides. Place the sliced potatoes in a 9 x 13 cake pan along with the sliced onions and mushrooms. Sprinkle the garlic powder and the salt and pepper on top. Now, mix the onions, mushrooms and potatoes until the vegetables and the seasonings are spread evenly. In a separate bowl add the cream of mushroom soup, the milk and the flour and mix. Now, pour all but about 1/2 a cup
