How Do You Make Pomegranate Vodka, A Recipe?

Pomegranate vodka is always a hit with people because of its subtle flavor and ability to go well with many mixers. Some people will say that it’s not a true infusion and more of a mixture, as the juice from the pomegranate seeds will seep into the vodka. Regardless, when you try pomegranate vodka you won’t be disappointed! The first step toward pomegranate infused vodka is, of course, to seed the pomegranate. (I tell you how in an article I’ve included in the resources section below.) Be sure to remove every bit of the white skin – it will give the vodka an unpleasant, bitter taste. Put the seeds in a bottle or jar and fill with vodka. The best ratio is about four pomegranates for every 1.75L bottle of vodka. Adjust the ratio to the amount you would like. Cap or seal the container and let sit for about a week or two. Then, remove the seeds and replace them with fresh ones. Let your pomegranate vodka sit for another 2-3 weeks. Serve on a special occasion!
