Step 1 Place two cups of baking soda powder into a plastic container that comes with its own lid. Place the lid on the container and shake the baking soda well for at least five minutes. Step 2 Transfer the baking soda to a large bowl. Step 3 Pour the tap water into the baking soda slowly. Stir the mixture with a spoon while adding the water.
