Select the linens to be used and lay them on top of the pillow form making sure they will fit onto the pillow form. Most napkins are square and two will be needed; one napkin for the front and another for the back. If you have only one napkin in one particular pattern it is perfectly ok to use a solid colored napkin for the back of the pillow. Large circular doilies can also be used. Place doily on the linen napkin and sew a pearl button in the center to attach the center of the doily to the napkin. Hand stitch around the perimeter of the doily, using small blind stitches.
