If you want to make your friend feel special and appreciated, give her or him a homemade friendship bracelet adorned with personalized touches. Choose embroidery floss in three different colors. Cut a 10-inch piece of each colored floss. Put the three strings together side by side and tie a knot at one end of the bundle. Place a piece of adhesive tape over the knot and attach the bundle of strings to a flat surface such as a desk. This will make it much easier to work with the strings. Cross the string that is farthest to the left over the middle one. Then cross the string that is farthest to the right over the original left string.
