When you make your own perfumed talcum powder, you can be sure there are no harmful talcs or other ingredients, and you can choose the scent that works best for you. Make up a batch and pamper yourself after a warm, relaxing bath, or anytime. Combine the corn starch, tapioca starch and arrowroot powder in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly.
