How Do You Make Perfect Scrambled Eggs?
Although seemingly easy, making simple, light and fluffy scrambled eggs is often a challenge. This simple recipe will guarantee perfection every time. Crack eggs at the edge of the counter and pour into a bowl (if you crack on the edge of the bowl, the shells may go into the eggs). Spray non-stick pan with non-stick spray or lightly coat with butter. Turn heat on high. Sprinkle in salt and whip eggs with a fork until completely beaten. Pour mixture into a pan and move around with the rubber spatula. When the eggs start to firm (after about 30 seconds), turn off the heat and continue to scramble using residual heat.
