How Do You Make Perfect Madness Armor In Oblivion : Shivering Isles?
Well “Cutter” in Crucible (one of the main towns in the shivering isles) makes all of that stuff first off. She has a shop which says Cutter something or other on the door so it’s not hard to find. There’s a conversation option which you’ll get if you wander around enough. To make the perfect madness armor you need various pieces of “Madness Ore” which can be found all over the place sometimes it’s dropped, other times you can find veins of it in caves and dungeons. The veins of ore have little green whisps that fly around them. There’s also enchanted armor she will make which requires that you also have the appropriate matrix which again are found in random places. I don’t know if the matrixs are random or not, I’ve only found 5 or six of them and can’t recall precisely where. I think grummites dropped 2 of them. To make a full suit of un-enchanted perfect madness armor takes about 15 madness ore I think. The cuirass is 5, the shield is 2, the gloves and boots are also 2 I think, and
