How Do You Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs (Cold And Peeledin An Hour?

This simple method will give you perfectly boiled eggs. (No more green rings around the yolk!) These eggs will be chilled and easily peeled in under an hour. You’ll never have to plan ahead for hard boiled eggs again. Fill pan with cold water and put eggs in pan. Then bring to a boil and remove from the heat with the lid on the pan. Let sit 20 minutes. Pour the hot water out of the pan after 20 minutes. Fill the pan with ice cubes and put the lid back on. Let sit another 10-20 minutes. (Depends on the size of the eggs you boiled. Extra large or jumbo eggs take longer to cool.) When the eggs have cooled shake the pan vigorously with the lid on with the remaining ice cubes in the pan with the eggs. (You may need to add more ice cubes if yours have melted completely) The eggs will be cracked, cooled, and will peel easily!
