Use a vegetable peeler to remove the peel from the oranges and cut the peel into small julienne slices. Put the orange peelings into a medium sauce pan. Cut the oranges in half using a sharp knife and remove the seeds. Set the seeds aside in a small bowl. Squeeze the juice of the oranges into the medium sauce pan that contains the orange peelings. Add the remaining part of the orange, the membrane, to the bowl with the orange seeds.
