How Do You Make Peanut Butter Snickers Cookies?
Here is a new take on an old favorite-peanut butter cookies. These peanut butter cookies filled with snickers are sure to please during the holiday season. Take them to office parties, school parties, bake sales, or just keep them at home for yourself. This recipe makes about 50 to 60 cookies depending on how big you make the dough balls. In large mixing bowl combine margarine, peanut butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Mix using electric mixer or large wooden/plastic spoon until combined (about 30-60 seconds) Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined Combine flour, baking powder and baking soda in a small mixing bowl. Slowly add this mixture to the dough mixing until smooth. This could take 2 to 3 minutes. Take about a table spoon of dough, press and unwrapped snickers mini into the middle and roll dough to form a ball around snickers.
