How Do You Make Peanut Butter Fudge In The Microwave?
Peanut Butter fudge is a fond memory from my childhood. This recipe is quick and delicious. This recipe is a simple variation of the microwavable chocolate fudge recipe that I published earlier. Simply swap out the peanut butter for 1/2 cup of cocoa. In a large microwavable bowl place the butter, milk and salt and peanut butter. Microwave on high 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until the butter is melted and the peanut butter is soft. Stir in the vanilla extract until the butter and peanut butter are well blended. Stir in the sugar until the fudge becomes stiff. Spread the fudge into a buttered 9×5 loaf pan. Cool. If you’re in a hurry, you can place it in the refrigerator or freezer for a few minutes until it sets. Cut and Eat! You can substitute other nut butters for the peanut butter. Ones to try, almond butter, cashew butter, tahini. The amount of sugar you will use may vary.
