How Do You Make Peanut Butter Frosting?
A variation of a butter frosting, this peanut butter frosting is easy to make and tastes great on top of a rich chocolate cake. Yields enough to frost the tops and sides of two 8-inch or 9-inch cake layers. Beat peanut butter in a mixing bowl until it is fluffy. Add 2 c. of the powdered sugar gradually, beating constantly. add milke and vanilla; slowly beat them in. Slowly beat in the rest of the powdered sugar. If necessary, add a little more milk if frosting is not spreadable. Use immediately.
