this is my peanut butter chip and chocolate chip cookies recipe preheat oven to 375F place oven rack in the middle of the oven for more even cooking in a large mixing bowl mix 2 sticks butter 3/4 cups sugar 3/4 cup light brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract until well blended (2 sticks butter or margarine is equals to 1 cup) slowly mix in 2 1/2 cups flour 3/4 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon salt add 2 eggs and mix well now mix in 1 cup mini peanut butter chips and 1 cup mini chocolate chips (I like tollhouse chips) with a teaspoon for small cookies or a tablespoon for larger cookies drop cookie dough on to an ungreased cookie sheet bake at 375F for 8 to 12 mins or until golden brown remove from oven let cool 1 or 2 mins and remove from pan let cool fully (if you can keep from eating them frist)
