How Do You Make Peanut Butter Brownies?
My fiance loves peanut butter so I came up with this recipe for him. I took a brownie recipe I had and added peanut butter to some of the batter on the top. The result was quite yummy and now I am sharing this recipe with you. It is easy to make and goes great with a little homemade whipped cream on top or with vanilla ice cream. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Melt the butter in the microwave Beat together the melted butter, sugar and vanilla in a bowl. Add in the eggs and mix in well. In another bowl stir together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and salt. Gradually add you dry ingredient mixture to your egg mixture. Beat it with a hand mixer until well blended. Stir in nuts if you want. Any kind like peanuts, walnuts, macadamia, etc… Put about 1/4 cup of your brownie mixture in another bowl and mix in your peanut butter. Pour your chocolate brownie mixture into your greased pan. Spread your peanut butter mixture on top of your chocolate batter in the pan. Bake 20-30 minutes
