Peanut Butter and Jelly Cookies – Ingredients: 1C smooth peanut butter, 1/2C light brown sugar, 1tsp baking soda, 1 large egg, 1/4C raspberry jam. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with butter. Combine in medium mixing bowl 1C smooth PB, brown sugar, baking soda, and egg. Roll into 12 balls. Evenly space on cookie sheet.
