This healthy recipe makes a great light dessert or appetizer and serves 4. Halve the peaches and remove the pits. Slice into thin wedges. Put peaches into large glass serving bowl and sprinkle sugar on them. Pare the rind from the orange and cut into thin slices. Place in cold water for now. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the bowl and pour the wine in also. Marinate peaches for an hour or more in the refrigerator. Garnish the peaches with the orange rinds after drying the rinds over a paper towel.
