How Do You Make Parmesan Crusted Chicken Breast?
This dish is a crispy twist on Chicken Parmesan, and a good low-fat cure for a chicken nugget craving. It can be served as a main course, or chilled sliced up into peices as an appetizer or picnic snack. • Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees F. • Whisk egg whites and milk together in a shallow bowl. • Mix spices, grated cheese, and breadcrumbs together in another shallow bowl. • Cut chicken breasts in half. • Dip each half of the chicken breast in the milk mixture, so that it is throughly coated. • Roll chicken in breadcrumb mixture, and set on sprayed cooking pan. Repeat for the rest of the chicken. • Sprinkle remaining breadcrumb mixture over the chicken breasts. Bake until crispy, and chicken is cooked to the center.
