How Do You Make Paper Birthday Hats?
Making your own paper birthday party hats are quick and easy to do. You can even get your kids in on the fun! There are endless ways to decorate and makes these! The cone hats are one of the easiest and can be used for many themes and designs. This is what we have used here. Find a pattern for the hat that you want to make. There are many patterns for hats on the internet. We have found various patterns such as pirates and jesters when doing plays and other events in the past. Cut out the pattern. Take the pattern and trace it onto your construction paper or card stock and then cut it out to the shape of the pattern. See the image. Take your construction paper or card stock and pull it together to make the cone. Take hot glue or tape and pull the edges together to make your hat. Attach your decorations to the hat to make it the theme that matches your birthday party. We have chosen a circus theme here for our hat and added pom poms and other things that a clown might wear on his hat. Y
