I hope you are as pleased with my recipe as my family is. Bon Appetit! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Baking/Roasting Pan. Add water, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil to the pan. Cut up 1/8 of white onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Cut several slices in pot roast and add a piece of onion and garlic. Take left over garlic and put it in pan with oil mixture. Place Pot Roast in Pan. Take spoon and coat with oil mixture. Cook in oven at 350 degrees. While the roast is cooking, slice carrots and onions. Cut potatoes into 4 – 5 pieces. Place vegetables into roast pan with the pot roast about 15 minutes before the roast is complete. Take spoon and coat with oil mixture. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Salt and Pepper. A normal roast will take about 2 to 3 hours until meat is cooked to desire
