How Do You Make Oven Fried Potatoes With Lemon And Parmesan Cheese?

What is a meal without potatoes? Do you have a meat and potatoes kind of family? Shake things up by trying this excellent trick to make boring potatoes stand out from the rest. Slice your potatoes into long french fry shapes, or just chop them up, put them in a mixing bow and set them aside. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in your microwave and pour it into your mixing bowl containing the potatoes. Stir the potatoes around thoroughly to ensure coating them with butter. Add all of the ingredient (except lemon and cheese) and stir them around until well mixed. Grease your baking dish with butter and be sure to get into the corners. Add the potato mixture and cook in your oven for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Remove from the oven and squeeze lemon on them and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on them. Replace them in the oven and continue to cook until they are lightly browned and soft all of the way through. You can add more lemon and seasoning salt during the cooking duration.
