How Do You Make Organic Blueberry Muffins From Scratch?
Making Blueberry muffins has become a part of our family’s annual blueberry picking tradition. Every summer my family and I go on a trip to pick fresh organic blue berries. We look forward to the blueberry picking event but more than that we enjoy making any dish that we can use our freshly picked blueberries with. Of all the recipes that we use the blueberry muffins recipe is our favorite. Pre-Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line 18 regular size muffin cups with paper or foil liners. In a medium size bowl, beat butter with electric mixer until creamy. Add sugar and beat until pale and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each cup and stir into batter. With a rubber spatula, fold half the flour, then half the milk into the batter, repeats with remaining flour and milk Fold in remaining fresh blueberries or all the frozen.
