This recipe makes one old-fashioned Coconut Cream Pie.You can easily double the recipe and make two pies. Pre bake a frozen or homemade pastry shell in the oven according to your pie recipe directions. You can use a graham cracker crust if you prefer. Let the crust cool while you make the filling. Combine 2 tablespoons of butter, 3/4 cup sugar, 1/8 teaspoon salt, 1/3 cup flour and two well beaten eggs. Add two cups of hot milk to the mixture, stirring constantly.
