First let me tell you, I have always felt proud of my soup recipes. They are great “comfort food” soups. For example, Chicken Noodle Soup, Vegetable Soup, Chili, Bean and Ham Soup, and many more. So, when my kids came home one day from eating out, it really surprised me to hear them raving about a soup called tortilla soup.
