Did you know that there is software that can change any MIDI file to old-fashioned 8-bit video style? For example, there is a MIDI song by a band you like. Put it into the software and now it sounds like it could be in a game for the NES. • Go to Google (or your favorite search engine). • Type in “gashisoft” and hit enter. • Click on the link that begins with “geocities.co.jp”. • Download as you see fit. • Once downloaded, open the software. • To open and play a MIDI, simply drag the MIDI over the gashisoft window. • It should say something like “buffering, please wait…” Experiment and have fun!
