How Do You Make Mushroom Chicken Marsala?
• On a flat dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper to your liking. • Take a large pan and heat 3 tablespoons of oil. • Rinse the chicken and coat it in the flour mixture. • Put the chicken in the pan and brown on both sides using medium heat. • Place the chicken on a dish, and put to the side. • Lower temperature. • In the same pan, with chicken juices, put the mushrooms in and saute for several minutes. • Pour in the marsala wine and, using a wooden spoon, stir mushrooms and wine until the wine has almost completely evaporated. • Put the chicken, with its accumulated juices, back in the pan. • Pour in chicken broth, and sprinkle parsley on top of the chicken. Cover and let simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
