When ever I make zucchini bread I make multiple loaves. I like to make different kinds and we eat it both for breakfast and for dessert. I usually make 4 to 5 loaves at once. The following recipe makes between 4 and 5 loaves depending on what you add to them to make them unique. If you are just making plain zucchini bread with out additions it will make 4 loaves. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Spray your loaf pans with the non stick cooking spray. Get your big bowl , your hand mixer out and your grater out. I got my big bowl at a party store it is big and plastic and cheap. I paid $2.99 for it. It is bigger than your normal mixing bowl it is more the size of a big salad serving bowl. Pull out all of your ingredients as well as your measuring cups, and measuring spoons. Grate (shred)your zucchini in to a large mixing bowl and set aside. Add all of your dry ingredients and gently stir. Then add your wet ingredients. Get your hand mixer and start blending, start adding in your zucchini
