To use an MP3 file on your LG Scoop as a ringtone, you first have to transfer the files onto the Scoop. This can be done using a USB data cable that is available for around $10, or by using a MicroSD card and a reader. Step 1 Connect the LG Scoop to your computer using a USB cable.
