This dip is so delicious, it will win you friends. Take it to a party and you will get more compliments than the host. It smells so good that most people can’t wait to dig in, and have been known to stand by the oven in anticipation. You are going to seriously LOVE this dip – that is, if you can manage to snag any for yourself. In the mixing bowl, combine the chopped artichoke, cheeses and mayo. Mix well. Empty the mixture into the baking dish, smooth it out evenly and sprinkle it thoroughly with paprika. Bake it uncovered for 15 to 18 minutes in an oven preheated to 375ĚŠ F. When all the cheese is melted and bubbly, remove the dish from the oven and let it stand for a few minutes before serving. This dip goes well with your favorite crackers, chips, hard bread and/or cut vegetables.
