How Do You Make Moroccan Mint Tea?
This is a version of traditional Moroccan mint tea using green tea and fresh mint leaves. It’s nice any time of year and can be cooled to make iced tea. Step 1 Put 3 tbsp. of loose green tea or five teabags into a teapot. Step 2 Add 1 bunch of fresh mint to the teapot. Step 3 Bring 8 cups of water to boil in a separate pan or pot. Step 4 Pour the water into the teapot. Step 5 Allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes. Stir it once or twice. Step 6 Add 1 cup sugar to the teapot and stir until dissolved. Step 7 Strain the tea and serve. The tea can be served hot or cooled down and served over ice.
