How Do You Make Monterey Jack Cheese Meatloaf?
This recipe is a family favorite! It takes a bit of time to prepare. I suggest starting it two hours in advance for beginners, however, once you’ve mastered the recipe your preparation time will decrease significantly. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl; mix all ingredients (except the jack cheese). Spoon half of the mixture into a loaf pan. Be sure to level off the top of the mixture. Arrange the desired number of Monterey Jack Cheese slices on top of the meat mixture. Add the remaining mixture to the loaf pan. By now your oven should be pre heated. Place the loaf pan in the oven and bake the mixture for 45 minutes to 50 minutes. Once 45-50 minutes have passed, add another layer of Monterey Jack Cheese. Leave the mixture in the oven for another ten minutes or until the cheese has melted. Remove the meatloaf from the oven using pot holders. Cool and serve.
