INGREDIENTS 2 tablespoons cornstarch 3/4 cup of sugar + 2 tablespoons 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon of cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cloves 2 egg yolks 1 cup sour cream 1 cup raisins 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice (If you use the bottled juice reduce by 1/2 teaspoon) 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons of brandy or rum 1 pre baked pie shell DIRECTIONS In a two quart sauce pan combine cornstarch, 3/4 cup sugar, the salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves.
