This banana bread recipe is an OLD one of my mother’s passed down to her from years ago. I doubt you’ll find one like it anywhere else! This recipe makes 3 loaves. This recipe is also very healthy and reasonable in calories per slice which totals 100. On the Weight Watcher’s diet plan, it counts as 2 points per piece which is not bad! Preheat your oven to 350 first of all. Grease 3 loaf pans so that bread doesn’t stick. It is best to use cooking spray on the pans. Put all ingredients together at once in the order written here. Beat after all ingredients are in your bowl, and mix well, about 2 minutes until batter is nice and thick. Do not overmix. Divide batter amongst 3 loaf pans. Bake for exactly one hour until toothpick in center comes out clean. Take bread out of loaf pans and let cool on rack. Let cool. Eat and enjoy!
