Line the inside of your oven with aluminum foil (bottom and sides). Prepare the yellow cake mix batter as directed on the box and pour into the dutch oven. Make the “mud” for your cake in a separate bowl by mixing together the cocoa powder, brown sugar, hot water, vanilla and cinnamon. Make sure that you mix the “mud” together well. Once the “mud” is mixed, pour on top of the cake mix. Place your dutch oven on the fire, making sure that you have plenty of hot coals to sit the oven in and also cover the top–just remember to place the lid on your oven first!
