How Do You Make Mini Biscuit Dogs?
This finger food comes in great during holidays and special events such as the Superbowl. Mini Biscuit Dogs, basically mini hot dogs wrapped in biscuit dough, are served in my house every Thanksgiving, Christmas, and for the Superbowl. Spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray. Tear off a small piece of biscuit dough and wrap it around each cocktail frank making sure to pinch the ends of the dough so that each mini hot dog is wrapped in dough. The ends of each hot dog will stick out. Place each cocktail frank on the cookie sheet lining the franks up. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes or until the biscuit dough starts to get golden brown. Place the mini wrapped franks on a round platter in a circular pattern. In the center of the franks, place a small dip dish and fill with honey mustard. Serve.
