INGREDIENTS: 1 cup butter, softened (no substitutes) 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla In a mixing bowl combine butter, flour, nuts, powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Roll dough into small balls and place on baking sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately roll in additional powdered sugar while hot. Roll in powdered sugar again when cooled. Enjoy!
