How Do You Make Mexican Taco Bake?
Ever heard of “Mexican Taco Bake”? If not, are you curious to what it is? Its quite a delicious! Its like tacos in a pan. Wondering how to make it? Then read on! PREHEAT the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Prepare themacaroni dinner as directed on the package. While the macaroni is cooking, brown the meat; then drain it. Add the taco seasoning mix and water to meat; then simmer for 5 minutes. STIR the sour cream into prepared macaroni dinner. Spoon half of the dinner mixture into 8-inch square or 9-inch round baking dish; and top with layers of the meat mixture. Put 1 cup of cheese and the remaining dinner mixture. Then, cover it. BAKE for 15 minutes. Top with salsa and the remaining ½ cup of cheese. Bake uncovered, for an additional 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted. OPTIONAL: Jazz it up!
